Take a hike! This 14" x 9" pastel is painted from the Loch in Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. I have found many inspirations from this beautiful high mountain lake which is one of many hikes in the park.

Art Club (elementary) classes
My second spring session of Art Club & Art Club Jr starts April 28th at the Chilson center in Loveland, Colorado. Children ages 6-8 and 9-14 are welcome to join one of these classes where I introduce a different medium with each class. We've done acrylic, watercolor, sand painting, air dry clay, model magic, scratch board, sticky mylar, charcoal, pastel among other projects. It's a great place to experiment, meet some new friends and learn a bit more about art. For more info, check out their web page:
