Another era: portraits of SCA members

I attend a weekly portrait and figure drawing/painting session.  Here are a couple of pastel portrait sketches I painted each in a 3 hour session.  These models are members of the Society of Creative Anachronism (SCA) and wore their authentic time period clothing (pre 17th century European) which were amazing.
These originals are for sale, for more information, please contact me.

Homeschool Art Project: Painted Birdhouses

My home school group of artists finished painting and decorating their wooden birdhouses this week.  We worked on the project over 3 classes. The girls were pretty proud about their acrylic painted creation...for good reason-they were fun and turned out great!

Contact me if you have a homeschooling group or family that would like more art in their curriculum.
