I painted this little plein air oil painting in a grove of aspen trees in Rocky Mountain National Park.(Colorado) I used only a small pallet knife and left plenty of impasto on the surface. This painting is sold but you can see more of my art online:

The yellow really brings in the drama and the shape is different.
