Hawaiian dreams

The oil painting with the chair is named "Therapy" and the wave is "The Big Curl". Both are oils that are now hanging with "Group Therapy" and belong to a very special client of mine...More Hawaiian paintings on fineartamerica.

Group Therapy

I just finished and delivered "Group Therapy", a 15" x 30" oil commission. This collector also has "Therapy" and "The Big Curl" original oils. Together they are a fun, therapeutic group of paintings that I enjoyed painting and even more loved getting the original inspiration from.

Plein air painting

I had the pleasure of painting in an Aspen grove in Rocky Mountain National Park (Colorado) last week. I had fun with my oils & pallet knife; it felt more like sculpting a painting with all of the paint I used.
